Unless otherwise stated, EQT owns the intellectual property rights for all material on EQT. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software. You must not lease, sell, or decompile the software without authorization.

Payments & Merchant of Record

All payments, order processing, and transaction billing on this website are handled and fulfilled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle is responsible for calculating transaction taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax) and handles customer support queries regarding payments, invoices, and billing issues.

Plus Subscriptions & Refund Policy

We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid Plus licenses purchased through Paddle. If you are unsatisfied with the Plus features, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase via the Customer Portal, support email support@eqt.net.im, or Paddle customer service.

Disclaimer of Liabilities

EQT functions purely as a local network data facilitator. In no event shall EQT be liable for any data loss, network corruption, or damages resulting from the use of the client.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal actions or disputes related to orders and payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
